1. CQMRICE’s evaporator is self-produced and is with complete processes from Blanking, Welding, Annealing, Machining to Chrome-plating, Purging, Assembling and test running. By handing of whole manufacturing process, processing quality and delivery time can be well controlled.

2.Space saved: the structure is compact and simple.

3.Full automatically: the whole ice making and dropping process are controlled by PLC controller.

4.High refrigeration efficiency: the latest evaporator with vertical spiral ice cutter is adopted. Water is sprayed by the sprinkler on the inner wall of the evaporator, forming ice quickly. At the same time, the spiral cutter cuts the forming ice, which makes full use of the evaporator surface and increases the efficiency of ice making.

5.Ice Skate

A.Material is 304 stainless steel. 

B. Internally-scraping ice skate can help reduce energy consumption and running with low resistance and noiseless.

6.Ice Making Drum

A..Material of flake ice making evaporator/drum: inner wall is Chrome plated carbon steel with heating and annealing process/ 304 stainless steel , outside wall is 304 stainless steel.

B. Every batch of materials must get a quality report and pass X-Ray flaw detection.
