4.High refrigeration efficiency: the latest evaporator with vertical spiral ice cutter is adopted. Water is sprayed by the sprinkler on the inner wall of the evaporator, forming ice quickly. At the same time, the spiral cutter cuts the forming ice, which makes full use of the evaporator surface and increases the efficiency of ice making.

A..Material of flake ice making evaporator/drum: inner wall is Chrome plated carbon steel with heating and annealing process/ 304 stainless steel , outside wall is 304 stainless steel.
